Utah State Board of Education Office and Breakroom Remodel | Tenant Improvement in Utah

The people who support Utah’s public schools deserve a workspace that works as hard as they do. That was the vision behind this tenant improvement remodel for the Utah State Board of Education, where Northway Construction, a commercial general contractor serving the Wasatch Front, transformed a dated office and breakroom into a modern hub for the agency’s staff.

The remodel delivered additional office space along with a completely reimagined breakroom featuring built-in bar seating, a new kitchen, and new flooring. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and partitions carry natural light through the space, keeping it open, clean, and bright. Staff now have an inviting place to prep meals, eat lunch, and connect with colleagues, a daily upgrade for the team behind Utah’s public education system.
