Northway Construction got its start back in 2009 in a time that has now become known as the “great recession”. It is from these humble beginnings that Kyle Fry founded the company relying on hard work, determination, and a love for building. Colby LeClaire joined the company in 2015 with a desire to continue to help the company grow, expand our clientele, and pursue new markets.

In 2022, the population of Utah was growing rapidly with a need for quality contractors to keep up with the population growth. It is during this time, that the Northway Construction Mountain Division was founded. Colby LeClaire leads the Northway Construction Mountain Division and attributes its success to the core principles of Trust, Value, and Service that he learned over the years by watching his mentor, Kyle.

These core principles and a company culture built on family values has allowed Northway Construction to not only grow, but thrive in Utah.
