This ground-up meeting house is projected for completion in September after 13 months of construction. Providing a public space for a local church and its members to meet, the extensive work required includes earthwork, site utilities, electrical, concrete, asphalt paving, retaining systems, detention systems, landscape, rough carpentry, and more. Alongside thorough communication and collaboration with our architectural partners and subcontractors, Northway Construction Utah is also overseeing and completing the following: exterior masonry facade, building envelope weather barriers, roofing, storefront, doors/frames, hardware, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, low voltage systems such as fire detection, A/V, telecom, access controls, intensive millwork, and other interior finishes.
