Heber C. Kimball Home | This is the Place Heritage Park

The Heber C. Kimball Home is one of the landmarks of This Is The Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. A 24-room replica of the original home Kimball built in downtown Salt Lake City, it welcomes visitors year-round and serves as one of the park’s most popular venues for weddings and gatherings. After two decades of Utah weather, the exterior needed care worthy of the building’s story.

As the general contractor for this historical replica renovation, Northway Construction completed a full exterior renovation of the home, including a new EIFS facade, repairs to damaged siding, fresh exterior paint and stain, an all-new cedar shake roof, soffit repairs, and new Trex decking and handrails.
